Salesperson / Powersports & Equipment Sales Specialist

Job Requirements
- Greet and engage walk-in and digital customers
- Understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle or equipment
- Demo product features and help customers visualize the adventure
- Manage follow-ups, quotes, and communication throughout the sales process
- Use our lead tracking and customer management system to track leads and update customer records
- Work closely with the Finance and Service Departments to deliver a full-package customer experience
- Stay educated on product lines, inventory, rebates, and competitor offerings
- Assist with showroom presentation and dealership events
- Gather video testimonials and Google Reviews from our customers

This is a full-time, on-site sales role. You'll work weekdays and most Saturdays. Flexibility, accountability, and stamina are key. Sales volume is seasonal, and you'll need to be ready to hustle during peak times.
No degree necessary. We care about your mindset more than your resume. You'll need :
