$90,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
- Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
Qualifications :
Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essentialUp-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is necessaryCPA license, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are requiredProven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essentialRequires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related fieldSuperior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessaryBusiness mindsetRelevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferredExperience in sales & finance is helpful but not requiredAbout Company
