Overview Responsible for the administration of various diagnostic testing including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations with explanation of procedures and test to patients. Performs a variety of technical procedures requiring responsible independent judgment. Provides maintenance to the equipment. Position Details : Qualifications Education : Must be a graduate of a two year program in Radiologic Technology; Licensure : Experience : One year experience preferred if ARRT. 5 years experience if LPN. Ability to multi-task and react appropriately in high stress situations. Certifications : or certified in Cardiovascular and Interventional Technology. Must be registered by A.R.R.T. or RCIS or registered in another Health Care field. BLS certification required. Other : CPR required. Excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking and organizational skills required.
