Lead HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting the maintenance and repair of essential systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Location : Andover, MA

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers, and boilers.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment according to CMMS schedules.

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and determine the most effective repair methods.

Respond to work orders and emergency calls in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in team leadership.

Valid HVAC License (if required by local / state regulations).

EPA Section 608 Certification required.

3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair (preferably in a commercial or industrial setting).

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigerants, controls, and safety standards.
