Shipper / Receiver

We're seeking a hands-on Shipper / Receiver Lead to join our clients team. This role involves careful handling of delicate computer components while also providing direction for a small team of two. The ideal candidate enjoys doing the work while guiding others to stay organized, accurate, and on track.

Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm / 8am-4 : 30pm

Shift : Monday-Friday (onsite)

Pay rate : $22-$24 / hr (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Accurately kit, pack and ship delicate computer parts and components
• Use the company's computer system to look up clients, follow packing / shipping guidelines, and complete orders correctly
• Lead and support a small team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Train and guide team members on packing processes and quality standards
• Monitor workflow and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
