Job Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Set up and Breakdown the bar as scheduled, cleaning the bar area before and after the shift.
  • Guest Facing attitude and service focused work ethic.
  • Must be able to cocktail in low, intricate settings to high volume pace of service.
  • Work well with others and coachability.
  • Must be able to perform cash tender duties and be familiar with POS (Toast).
  • Must be able to follow recipes and specs on craft cocktails, batches, syrups, and bartending etiquette.
  • Reporting to bar lead / supervisor / beverage manager.
  • Flexible work schedules
  • On Call
  • Weekend availability

Requirements :

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • 3 year Bartending experience.
  • Must have cocktail bar / craft bar work experience (1 year)
  • ABC license Certified.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Bartenders should own a bar kit.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must be able to preform cocktail batches, juicing, complex cocktailing. Knowledge of basic arithmetic is required.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be able to / stand / work for 6 hours or more.
  • Must be able to lift / handle 30-50 lbs.
  • Vast knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer is preferred.
