Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Holiday Requirement : Major holidays (flexibility possible)

On-call Requirement : None

Floating Requirement : May float to lower acuity units

Orientation : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (next dates : 12 / 8 or 12 / 15)

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1810 - $1940

PCU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit RN experience

High acuity drip experience preferred

Experience with arterial lines and BiPAP / Airvo preferred

Nicotine-free healthcare facility

New graduate nurses not accepted

PCU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit

Monitor and manage patients needing advanced cardiac and respiratory support

Administer medications, manage drips, and monitor arterial lines

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Float to lower acuity nursing units as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies and procedures

Provide compassionate nursing care and support to patients and families
