Clerk Accounting III

The Accounting Clerk is an integral part of the accounting department. They are responsible for processing accounts payable, backflushing materials, completing certificates of origin, and assisting with month-end close. May be asked to assist with other reporting requirements as needed.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Process accounts payable invoices including entering and check run
  • Coordinate approvals of invoices based on predefined approval matrix
  • Process Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin paperwork for shipped units
  • Backflush materials from Bill of Materials through Accounting System and Baysheets
  • Process Mail
  • Data entry and invoice setup for new contracts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree preferred in Accounting or Finance
  • Accounts Payable experience required
  • 10 Key experience required
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Data Entry experience required. Strong reading comprehension and grammar skills
