Description

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including PEX, PVC, CPVC, stainless steel, copper, and compression fittings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure proper installation methods.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including water supply lines, drain systems, and pressurized air / gas piping.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks using air or water pressure gauges.
• Perform backflow prevention, pipe insulation, and heat-tracing applications.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing infrastructure and recommend improvements or preventive repairs.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as skid steer, front loader, trencher, and bulldozer for plumbing-related excavation and facility support.
• Assist with general facility maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, surface maintenance, groundskeeping, and minor structural repair.
• Support other trades and special facility projects as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to support operational goals.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Organized and proactive with attention to detail and safety.
• Problem-solver who can support fast-paced environments and evolving priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
