Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule. Grounds Maintenance Technician
As a Grounds Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior grounds of the apartment community are well-maintained and visually appealing. You'll play an essential role in creating a clean, pleasant environment for our residents by performing various Grounds Maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to ensure the grounds are visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pools on property (we will train you on proper pool care if needed).
- Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leaves.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures.
- Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures.
