Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Ohio near Oxford . This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Assignment Details

Start Date : January 1, 2025
End Date : July 1, 2025
Shift : Two days per week (Monday and Wednesday)
Hours : 8-hour shifts during the workday
Practice Setting : Combination of inpatient and outpatient
Patient Load : 1-3 cases per shift

Responsibilities

Diagnostic Radiology services for both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Hospital admissions and rounding are required.

Temporary hospital privileges available for this assignment.

Requirements

License : Must hold an active Ohio medical license.

Certifications :

Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required.

BLS and PALS certifications are necessary.

Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience with Medhost EMR is a plus.

Facility Information

Trauma Level : Not designated

Stroke Certification : Yes

Bed Capacity : 17 in the department

Additional Information

No supervision of Advanced Practice Providers is required.

Support staff provided as needed.

Holidays included : New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Travel and Lodging

Travel expenses will be covered by the vendor.

Recommendations for local lodging will be provided.
