Position Description Recognized within Modine as a technical resource for governmental and company environmental and occupational health & safety requirements. Individual must demonstrate leadership in Environmental Management System (EMS) and corporate Safety Program management. They must also possess the ability to understand and manage EH&S matters with a clear comprehension of their role within the business operations. A strong track record of accomplishments related to OSHA and EPA compliance, chemical safety, sustainable environmental practices, and injury / illness prevention is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Qualifications A bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology, or a related field, is required. At least 5 years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience within a lean manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Experience with HVAC or thermodynamics is highly preferred.
