Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of platform administrators and UX designers, promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration

Set deployment strategies and standards for enablement platforms to enhance user experience and business impact

Analyze user engagement data to define success metrics and optimize platform experiences continuously

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enablement platform strategy and AI-supported feature deployment

At least 3+ years in a leadership role and 2+ years supervising with Mindtickle

Proven experience in leading platform design and execution for global enablement programs

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
