- Play a key role in leading a variety of long term strategy initiatives within Airports. This will include a high level of engagement with internal stakeholders and field operations to deliver initiatives that support our customers and team members worldwide.
- This role will provide executive level content support, meeting facilitation, airport alignment to company's goals, providing expertise and resource to support key initiatives, identifying and framing issues, driving decisions, and building project plans and monitoring execution.
- The role is a part of the Baggage team within our Airports Excellence group.

Synthesize business problems for senior leaders, identify strategic options, define outcomes and gain consensus among leadersRepresent airport operations in planning and implementation of a wide range of projects that lead to better bag performanceCoordinate initiatives within the team and across various departments to ensure efficiency and consistency of execution through the promotion of best practicesEnsure clarity of business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper planning and design of new initiativesParticipate in project meetings, provides strategic and analytical support, and manages project progress, issues, and risksPartner with the larger Airports Excellence organization to ensure consistency and efficient use of resources across the organizationProvides strategic thought leadership in support of airport operationAll You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience / training3+ years of professional experience in the airline industryPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
