CPM Scheduler 3 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CPM Scheduler 3 to lead the development and coordination of integrated master schedules for complex shipbuilding projects. The successful candidate will ensure project plans are seamlessly aligned across all functional groups, identify critical paths, perform risk analyses, and utilize advanced scheduling tools to maintain project alignment and performance. This role is vital in supporting successful project execution through meticulous scheduling and schedule management expertise.

CPM Scheduler 3 Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate comprehensive master schedules that meet all project objectives.
• Ensure horizontal and vertical integration of schedules across finance, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other functional teams.
• Track project progress, perform risk analyses, and identify critical path issues to proactively address scheduling conflicts.
• Utilize scheduling software (preferably Primavera) to create Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, milestone charts, and perform earned value management.
• Analyze network logic, resolve critical path conflicts, and update schedules to reflect project realities.
• Develop and maintain IMP / IMS documentation and perform critical path analysis to support project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate project plans and ensure resource loading aligns with project needs.
• Provide schedule status reports and performance variance analysis to project leadership.
