A rapidly growing healthcare technology company — is seeking motivated recent graduates from UConn, Sacred Heart University, Fairfield University, Quinnipiac University, and the University of New Haven to join our HR team as an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

This role is ideal for students completing degrees in :

Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Communications, Sociology, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

You'll receive hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR operations, scheduling, hiring coordination, and candidate communication — all inside a high-growth healthcare SaaS environment.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate interviews and serve as the communication bridge between candidates, hiring managers, HR, and leadership.
• Review resumes and support early-stage screening conversations.
• Manage job postings, applicant flow, spreadsheets, and ATS updates.
• Prepare interview kits, screening questions, and onboarding materials.
• Support background check steps, offer letters, and HR compliance processes.
• Maintain weekly recruitment dashboards and hiring progress updates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
