Head Coach – Women’s Soccer

Reports To : Athletic Director
Contract Term : 10-month / Part-Time
Annual Coaching Stipend : $5,000
Albizu University Miami Campus seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Coach for Women’s Soccer to support the growth of the program as part of the university’s NAIA Pathway initiative. The Head Coach will lead all aspects of team operations, including training, recruiting, compliance, academic monitoring, and match preparation. This position is ideal for a passionate coach who values academic success, athletic development, and the opportunity to build an emerging collegiate program from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Assist the Athletic Director in planning and executing practices, conditioning sessions, and competitive strategies for soccer teams.
Support recruitment efforts by identifying, evaluating, and communicating with prospective student-athletes.
Help coordinate team travel, competition logistics, and equipment management.
Provide academic and personal mentorship to student-athletes in line with Albizu University’s mission.
Maintain program compliance with Albizu University, NAIA, and conference regulations.
Contribute to social media, marketing, and community outreach activities to promote the soccer program.
Collaborate with the Athletic Director to secure and manage practice / competition facilities.
Requirements
Experience coaching at college, club, or high school level.
