As a Trainer III , you will lead training sessions for new call center employees, focusing on mid- to high-complexity products, client tools, and operational processes. You will guide groups of 30 to 35 new hires through a structured training program lasting up to three weeks, with the goal of ensuring they meet performance and attendance metrics required to graduate from training

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.00 per hour
