After Treatment System Technical Lead - Urgently Hiring!

This technical lead position will focus on performing after-treatment system simulation and following analysis to support production and development projects. The lead will be responsible to manage engineers to develop, run, post process simulations, and communicate results with internal customers. The individual will receive requests from product responsible department and respond with analytical results using available tools / methodology, and will be leading the development of new tool / methodology to close identified gaps. He / she will support all aspects of technical oversight, roadmap development, and execution of methodologies in simulation capability development of ATS.

The responsibility of the lead position will include, but not limited to :

• Identify current gaps in ATS and EVAP modeling methodologies and develop plans for methodology development
• Lead After-treatment system and EVAP model development
• Provide suggestions and recommendations for ATS system optimization
• Train and coach and provide technical support to engineers
• Follow up team progress and review technical reports
• Document ATS system modeling methodology
