Position : Drywall & Framing Foreman

Location : Eagle, Colorado (Relocation Required)

Description

Are you a seasoned construction leader with a strong background in commercial or multifamily projects? We're hiring a Drywall Framing Foreman to join a high-performing team in Western Colorado—a fast-growing mountain community known for its exceptional quality of life, outdoor lifestyle, and thriving construction market.

This is a leadership-first role . You'll manage crews, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure top-tier execution. This is not a toolbelt role—your focus will be on supervision, coordination, and quality control. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate crews of 20+ craft workers on active job sites
  • Oversee commercial projects valued at $1M+; ensure high-quality installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings
  • Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Must-Have :

  • 6+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
  • Deep knowledge of drywall systems, metal / steel framing, and general construction practices
  • Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on-site
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead on commercial projects
  • Stable work history (2+ years per employer strongly preferred)
  • Experience with acoustical ceiling installation
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

  • Monday–Friday : 8-hour days
  • Monday–Thursday : 10-hour days
  • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00 / hr.
