About The Position

Certifications : ARRT(R)(CT), BLS
Must-Have : WA Certification in hand, or applied for it at least 30 days ago.
Description :
Must have current WA Certification in hand, or have applied for it at least 30 days ago.
Current processing time is between 35 and 60 business days.
Travel techs must have at least one year of experience as a CT Tech.
The tech must possess ARRT(R)(CT) certification and a valid BLS certification.
Shifts will be three 12-hour shifts each week from Thursday to Saturday.
Weekend coverage is required every weekend.
Techs will be required to float within the facility as necessary to meet needs.
Refusal to float as requested will result in cancellation of the contract.
Local applicants are not accepted.
Applicants cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility.
Finalized time-off requests must be included with submission.
No time-off requests are allowed within the first week of the assignment.
A maximum of 7 days of time-off is permitted per assignment.
A minimum of 1.5 hours notice is required for shift cancellations.
Staff may be mandated to cancel one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty.
The facility operates as a short-term acute care hospital.
The total number of staffed beds is 178.
Scrub colors must be solid, excluding camo, all black, burgundy, and dark green.
No prints are permitted.
Epic is the required charting system for this position.
Compliance with all documentation and reference requirements is mandatory.
Background checks with no felony hits are required.
A statement and evidence of WA application must be included with submission.
All pre-start modules or skills testing are non-billable and may take an additional 4-8 hours to complete.
Modules completed during orientation will be billable if done within the first 8 hours.
