Job description

Senior Business Intelligence Lead

Must have :

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Qlik Sense and Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Proven experience in managing BI projects and stakeholder communications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities : Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level BI solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Qlik Sense and Tableau, a strong understanding of data architecture, and a proven track record of leading BI initiatives that deliver actionable insights and business value.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end BI project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.
  • Drive data governance and best practices in visualization and reporting.
  • Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to integrate BI tools with data pipelines.
  • Monitor BI performance and optimize dashboards for speed and usability.
  • Stay current with BI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the BI ecosystem.

    • Required Qualifications :

    Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in the financial services or healthcare domain.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Exposure to other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Certification in Qlik or Tableau is desirable.
