Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, FT. One Saturday a month is required.
• Patients per day: 21
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure: California Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) and must be Board Certified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
