We are looking for a Recording Specialist to support a National Title Insurance company based in Anaheim. This role involves providing administrative and support duties to assist the title recording process as part of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
Submit recordable documents to individual recording jurisdictions or counties for processing
Ensure documents are fully executed, notarized, and accompanied by required forms
Review and prepare state-specific forms for accuracy and completeness
Update record systems with recording progress and enter relevant information
Upload copies of recorded documents and prepare them for shipment back to clients
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve recording issues as needed
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 1 year of recording experience
Experience with multi-state recording processes
Desired Skills :
Familiarity with National Title Company standards and procedures
Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent
