Compensation Range Hourly : $23.20 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to build continuous relationships with an assigned client portfolio and effectively deliver the Premier customer service GUEST model. Essential Functions :

• Customize and build an account team around the needs of each client situation and provide consistent communication to all stakeholders.
• Utilize business leads to cultivate relationships, broaden knowledge of client and further business objectives.
• Build key partnerships with branch colleagues by participating in referral calls together.
• Cultivate a referral pipeline as appropriate.
• Provide continuous education on offerings and changes as appropriate within assigned market.
• Work campaign leads to set appointments with clients and strategically plan contact timing.
• Ensure timely responsiveness to customer interactions within the CONNECT application.
• Process fraud alerts as necessary.

Education & Experience :
