Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , caring for patients undergoing :
Post-operative care for cranial surgeries.Spine surgeries including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures.Patients in our Comprehensive Stroke Program .Your Role :
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to enhance patient outcomes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate care.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal patient support.Foster a positive patient experience across all care settings.Why Choose Us?

Assess patient needs and collaboratively develop individualized care plans.Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and coordinate appropriate interventions.Ensure safety and learning needs are addressed for patients and families.Coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approach.Participate in quality initiatives to improve patient care experiences.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.BLS certification by the American Heart Association.Completion of an accredited nursing program and at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.Physical Requirements :
