Job Description

• Heavy Assembler in Delavan, WI starting at $22.00-$24.00 / Hr. dependent on experience
• Shift Premium $2.50 for second shift and $2.75 for third shift
• $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE BASED ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF INTRODUCTORY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

JOB SUMMARY

Perform all assembly operation necessary to assemble purchased and / or precision-machined parts to complete products to meet or exceed test specifications.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Specific PPE is required within the cell.
