Responsibilities :

• Direct and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with private equity stakeholders to align financial strategies with investor expectations.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to support critical decision-making.
• Oversee treasury functions, ensuring optimal cash flow management and risk mitigation.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Evaluate and enhance financial systems and tools to support company expansion and operational needs.
• Stay updated on financial trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing month-end close processes and delivering accurate financial reports.
• Strong understanding of private equity structures and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze annual financial statements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in financial systems, tools, and reporting software.
