We are excited to announce that ACP Productions is seeking a Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role. Our office is located in Woodridge, Illinois and our team works in office 3 says per week. As an SDR at ACP, you will play a crucial role in our growth while advancing your own career in sales.

Location : Woodridge, Illinois

Base Salary : $50,000

Commission : $40,000 - $50,000

On Target Earnings Range : $90,000 - $100,000 for first year

Role Overview :

As an SDR at ACP Productions, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with potential clients. You will engage in new account outreach using cold calling, cold email, social selling, and other outbound prospecting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule qualified meetings with target accounts
  • New Account Outreach : Cold calls, emails, and social selling
  • Understand the market opportunity, ICP and Personas, and key issues that ACP solves
  • Record market data and insights discovered through cold outreach with target account
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of ACP's ideal outbound tactics, analytics, and feedback

  • Employment Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or at least two years of work experience
  • Be able to commute to the Woodridge, Illinois office at least 3 times per week initally from 8 : 30-4 : 30CST
  • Fits into our salary, commission, and OTE range.
  • Nice to have : SDR or any kind of sales experience is a plus, but not required.
