Location : 101 MBL Bank Drive, Minden, Louisiana 71055

Position : Full-Time | Day Shift (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM) | 40 hours / week | No Weekends

Expected Caseload : 11 patients / day (opportunities for additional incentives if caseload exceeds)

Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Louisiana
