Responsibilities

Provides support to all aspects of the office operations. Answers all incoming phone calls, greets patients, and provides appointments to patients in person and by phone. Distributes and maintains incoming faxes and mail. Reconciles all patient invoices and payments at the end of the day.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Graduate or GED Equivalent Required 2. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.3. Effective written and verbal communication skills4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines5. Analytical and problem-solving skills6. Customer Services experience required

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $15.90 to $21.81. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
