Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

Work under the mentorship of a top-performing Farmers Agency Owner

Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance policies

Generate leads through community outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns

Build and manage client relationships with outstanding customer service

Receive hands-on training in sales, service, and agency operations

Prepare for a future role as an agency owner

Requirements

What We're Looking For :

Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential

College degree preferred but not required
