As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to our existing clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they have the best protection possible. You will proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance productssuch as auto, home, renters, commercial, liability, umbrella policies, life insurance, and supplemental healthto provide comprehensive coverage and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and timely policy supportConduct in-depth policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance productsCross-sell and upsell personal and commercial insurance products to maximize client protection and agency revenueCollaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate competitive rates and coverage termsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trendsUtilize CRM and insurance management software to track client interactions and policy detailsMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to agency growth goalsWhat Were Looking For :
Proven experience in commission or outbound sales, account management, or customer serviceLicensed or willing to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License (State-specific licensing a plus)Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsGoal-oriented mindset with ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored insurance solutionsProficient in insurance software platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficientlySelf-motivated, proactive, and committed to providing excellent customer serviceBilingual in Spanish a plusHow to Apply :
