Job Description

Join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment where you will engage in Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel. As part of the team, you will use weld fixtures and symbols to complete units efficiently, averaging 2,000-2,500 welds per day. Your work will be critical in maintaining consistent and high-quality cosmetic welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols.
• Load metal onto fixtures, weld sections of units, and pass units to the next welder.
• Ensure cosmetic welding is consistent and meets quality standards.
• Maintain productivity in a team-based weld cell environment.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility that is not air-conditioned, which can become hot. The role is physically demanding, requiring bending, twisting, and lifting all day. The work is production-based, and reliability is key, with attendance being closely monitored.

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
