Job description$50,000–$75,000 base + bonuses Paid training & onboarding — we’ll get you fully field-ready Tools & equipment provided (you supply basic hand tools; we provide specialty gear) Company iPad + uniforms Paid holidays + PTO Growth path : Tech → Lead Tech → Field Supervisor 🛠️ What You’ll Do Drive and operate septic pump / service trucks (CDL required) Pump, service, and inspect residential & commercial septic systems Diagnose and repair septic-related issues (pumps, tanks, drain fields) Safely dispose of waste materials per AZ and Maricopa County regulations Operate equipment : jetters, vacuum trucks, inspection cameras, trenching tools Provide clean, professional service and communicate clearly with customers Document jobs, complete inspection reports, and collect payment onsite Maintain truck, tools, and equipment daily 🔍 What We’re Looking For Valid CDL Class A or B license + clean driving record 1+ year experience in septic service, plumbing, or related field Comfortable operating septic pump trucks, jetters, and inspection systems Able to lift 70+ lbs, dig / trench, and work outdoors in all conditions Good communicator — reliable, honest, and customer-focused Willing to work some evenings / weekends (rotating on-call schedule) 🙌 Why Zoom Drain Phoenix?
