Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health - Work at Home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct holistic assessments to identify member needs and eligibility

Develop and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with members and providers

Perform crisis interventions and ensure timely follow-up care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Must hold an independent active, unrestricted behavioral health license in the state of residence

Minimum 3 years of post-master's clinical experience in relevant settings

Preferred experience in crisis intervention, care management, or managed care environments
