Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a diverse range of clients.
- Perform fieldwork, including testing internal controls and substantive procedures.
- Gather and analyze financial data to assess compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed working papers and documentation to support audit findings.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports, summarizing results and recommendations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and audit team members.
- Stay informed on current auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry developments.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the overall client relationship management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA eligibility preferred; pursuit of CPA certification is a plus.Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting and auditing software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Proficiency in CCH Tax Software, RIA Checkpoint, and QuickBooksExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.Benefits :
