Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a Starbucks store.

Strong knowledge and passion for coffee, with a deep understanding of Starbucks' products and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
