Remote Mail & Document Processor
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Mail & Document Processor to join our team full time. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be physically located within the United States and possess valid U.S. identification to be eligible for employment.
The Mail & Document Processor will handle digital and scanned mail correspondence, organize document workflows, and ensure the secure handling of sensitive information. This role requires a high level of accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing mail electronically using digital tools.
Organize, label, and manage digital documents and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and secure filing systems for both digital and scanned records.
Handle confidential information in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate remotely with team members and departments to support mail and document operations.
Support digital archiving, scanning, and record management projects.
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid U.S. Identity Card (State ID or U.S. Government-issued ID).
Must be physically located in the United States to start and continue working.
Must have access to a printer and laptop for work purposes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Prior experience in mail processing, document management, or administrative work is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scanning software, and file management systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Full-Time Position
Fully Remote (Work from Home Must reside in the U.S.)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $45,000 $55,000 annually (based on experience)
Annual Bonus : Performance-based eligibility
