Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Specialist :

• Responsible for the implementation of the essential components within the annual Sales and Marketing Plan.
• Conceptualizes and prepares collateral, print advertising, digital newsletters and other promotional materials with emphasis on achievement of revenue objectives of the Plan.
• Writes, edits and contributes to various electronic communications including but not limited to : promotional literature, newsletters and direct marketing projects, and club announcements.
• Tracks marketing campaign results and produces monthly campaign analytics reports as required.
• Works effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary marketing, sales, revenue (and on occasion membership) team to communicate, coordinate, and integrate marketing communications and apply best-in-class practices to all efforts.
• Provides marketing support to all departments on property.
• Participates in bi-weekly strategy meetings and develops new programs and initiatives that are designed to further Pronghorn's marketing strategy.
• Assists Director of Sales with managing advertising initiatives and media plans.
• Monitors all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity.
• Ensures the Company's brand is applied consistently and appropriately throughout all marketing communications.

Minimum Qualifications for the Marketing Assistant :

Other Qualifications :

Experience in managing social media, can come up with tread ideas, proficient in Canva and mailchimp a plus, motivated to meet deadlines, willing to learn.
