Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of billing specialists, ensuring timely and accurate claims submissions

Provide training and performance feedback while monitoring key billing metrics

Oversee compliance with billing regulations and manage client relationships regarding billing issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of medical billing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in skilled nursing or long-term care

Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance billing processes

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with billing software systems and electronic health records

Ability to adapt to industry changes and maintain compliance
