Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the visual identity and creative direction across all channels
Provide feedback and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team growth and project quality
Oversee concept development and ensure high standards for creative assets and brand alignment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience designing for digital platforms such as websites and social media
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
