Scientific Literature Specialist

A company is looking for a Scientific Literature & Systems Specialist to support research-driven projects by managing and organizing scientific literature.

Key Responsibilities :

Secure copyright-compliant scientific articles and track order status

Upload articles and manage bibliographic metadata in literature management systems

Review articles for inclusion / exclusion criteria and extract data for client databases

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Life Sciences preferred)

Experience synthesizing scientific literature

Proven ability to manage collections of scientific articles via structured systems

Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and citation management tools (EndNote preferred)

Ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently or in teams
