Dialysis RN Job Details

Location : Green Bay, WI 54311 (Wisconsin travel nursing jobs)

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Setting : Inpatient hospitals (floating throughout north region)

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 21, 2026

Duration : 13-week travel nurse contract

Shift : 12-hour day shifts

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2020–$2070 per week

Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 (expect to see 2 patients per shift)

Charting System : EPIC

Medication Dispense : Pyxis

Dialysis Machines : BBraun and Milimum HX

Scrubs : Any solid color acceptable

Parking : Free onsite parking at all healthcare facilities

Dialysis Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent Hemodialysis RN experience (inpatient or outpatient)

Active Registered Nurse license (Wisconsin or compact state)

Active BLS certification (AHA required)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team

Strong communication and organizational skills

Dialysis RN Responsibilities

Deliver bedside hemodialysis treatments to acute / inpatient patients at multiple hospital sites

Float between healthcare facilities within the north region as needed

Utilize EPIC for electronic charting and Pyxis for medication dispensing

Operate BBraun and Milimum HX dialysis machines safely and efficiently

Collaborate with on-site staff, management, and remote healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Participate in a comprehensive orientation program (1-2 weeks based on experience and comfort level)

Work alongside another RN for the first 2 days before transitioning to independent patient care
