Direct Care Supervisor (MA or CNA)- Per Diem

Status : Flexible | Per Diem

Rate of Pay : Starting at $19.50, rate is based on years of experience.

Hours | Schedule : Work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, based on needs of the department. Two (2) shifts must be on a weekend.

Overview :

Join our team as a Direct Care Supervisor where you'll lead and inspire by supervising care team members, ensuring high-quality, resident-focused care. You'll serve as a resource for teamwork and provide meaningful guidance, making a real difference in the lives of residents and their families.

What you'll do :

• Ensures the supervision of caregivers performing all activities of daily living in accordance with the residents' individual service plan (ISP).
• Guarantees that the facility is always operating with the appropriate staffing levels.
• Collaborate with providers such as physicians, home care, hospice, etc. to meet resident needs.
• Processes medication orders from physicians and / or nurse practitioners.
• Conducts on-the-job training as necessary and coordinates workflow to best suit the needs of the residents.
• Complete the Resident Assessment intake / admission process for new residents.
• Monitors and ensures that incident reports are completed and reported per policy and procedure.
• Support and assist personnel by providing feedback, coaching and other Positive Approach techniques to assist in identifying and implementing solutions to better meet the needs of residents.
