Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining digital press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and operate digital press equipment

Impose client artwork for production accurately and efficiently.

Use computers to create or modify digital files, including photos and illustrations.

Maintain knowledge of various paper and envelope stocks

Log time and material usage for each job in EPMS.

Label, organize, and stack finished work for post-press departments.

Monitor print quality control throughout the production process.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Must not be color blind

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to multi-task, plan, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills

Ability to troubleshoot and take initiative when issues arise.

Professional appearance, positive attitude , and good work habits.

Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit for extended periods

Ability to read computer screens , handle mail, and communicate by phone or email.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Environment

Professional, deadline-oriented office environment.
