Your impact

Picture this : production teams are staged, forms are prepared, and the schedule is tight. You arrive with a well-inspected flatbed, Gar-Bro bucket secured, and you deliver the concrete that keeps everything moving. You uphold Safety and Quality processes, maintain your equipment proactively, and step in across the operation when needed—including chances to drive ready-mix trucks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe environment and consistently high product quality.
• Transport concrete to the production area using Gar-Bro buckets on a flatbed truck.
• Perform preventive maintenance on delivery equipment to maximize uptime.
• Cross-train in additional areas; pursue opportunities to operate ready-mix trucks.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience : High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
