Civil Designer

Job Description

Our client is in search of a self-driven Civil CAD Designer to join their firm. You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative designs for various civil projects. Your expertise in using programs such as Civil 3D will allow you to create accurate and detailed plans for pump stations, treatment plants, and utility systems. You will work closely with municipalities and their regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in all projects. Your skills in grading and drainage will be crucial in creating functional and sustainable designs. This position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities :

• Design and prepare plans using Civil 3D software
• Develop design plans for pump stations and treatment plants
• Coordinate with municipalities and utility companies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Create utility plans for infrastructure projects
• Design grading plans for construction projects
• Analyze and design drainage systems for various projects
• Conduct site visits to gather data and assess site conditions
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on project teams
• Review and approve project drawings and plans for accuracy and completeness
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in civil engineering design
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
