Job Summary :
Syndax Pharmaceuticals is a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative cancer therapies. They are seeking a Manager, IT Business Analyst, G&A to serve as the primary liaison between IT Operations, business process owners, and external partners across Finance, HR, Legal, and Communications.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Requirements & Process Design : Drive functional and technical discovery sessions. Map current and future process models and workflows for new projects and enhancements.
- Configure & Test Systems : Configure G&A systems in accordance with change management guidelines. Draft and lead unit, integration, and UAT test plans. Track progress and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ensure Compliance & Controls : Guide the review and evidence collection process for internal IT controls, including support for SOX and other audit requirements.
- Provide Ongoing Application Support : Deliver day-to-day system administration : access provisioning, troubleshooting, integrations, enhancements, report writing and analytics - for applications such as NetSuite, ADP, Greenhouse, Concur, ContractPodAI, and others.
- Vendor Collaboration & System Upgrades : Collaborate with vendor teams to plan, design, and test system upgrades and other application changes.
- Documentation & Training : Create knowledge base content and user-facing documentation. Support end-user training and helpdesk enablement.
