Job description

$300 bonus + $300 orientation cash on your first paycheck

Guaranteed weekly paychecks during all training weeks

Free ride to Orientation – Monday & Wednesday orientations

Job Details

  • Brand-new CDL-A? Start this week and begin earning immediately.
  • East Coast only regional dry van
  • 2,200–2,500+ practical miles per week once solo
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Assigned automatic tractor you can take home
  • Paid mentor program lasting 4–6 weeks
  • Fast-track upgrade to solo driving

Pay & Benefits

  • $600 total cash your very first week
  • Guaranteed weekly pay every week of training
  • Solo pay : $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after upgrade
  • Pay per mile starts at $0.56 CPM (practical miles) after training
  • Detention, layover, stop pay and performance bonuses
  • Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) after 30 days
  • Rider and pet programs available after training
  • Home every 14 days

    • Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A, age 21+
  • 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
  • Clean-ish MVR / PSP (case-by-case review)
  • Pass DOT physical and drug test
